La Querencia de Valsaín is a brand new two-story building with a garden area. It is the perfect enclave for weekly and weekend stays. The seven rooms and two apartments have a private bathroom and a great view. La Querencia also has large common areas, open spaces and a conference room for the development of collective workshops and meetings. Free wi-fi access is available throughout the house.
The environmental commitment is a hallmark of La Querencia. Bioclimatic architecture criteria, renewable energy systems (biomass boiler) and the use of rainwater for irrigation and toilet flushing have been incorporated in its construction.
